The school is governed by a Board of Directors that offers strategic leadership and guidance to all key segments that govern the school. They are responsible for setting all school policies and ensure that the School’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values are delivered at all levels of the leadership organogram of the school. The Board of Directors comprises religious persons, educationists, and other professionals who are highly experienced and collectively offer strategic leadership to the school.

The senior management of the school comprises an internationally qualified and experienced Principal, Deputy Principal, together with Heads of Departments in Humanities, Science & Mathematics, Languages, Applied Sciences, Social Sciences, Counselling, and Examinations. The School prides itself on dedicated and seasoned teachers who are authorities in their respective fields, who work in tandem to ensure the educational integrity and overall success of the school. In addition, the school has key Non-teaching Heads of Departments which are pivotal functions that enable the school to function effectively. These include the Head of Boarding and Head of Dining and Catering.
